NATIONAL PARTS MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• To support the National and Regional Fixed Operations Managers to consistently promote and market Fixed Operations with the goal of increasing market share, retaining customers & delivering profit targets nationally.
• To assist and support all branches by providing a superior level of Allocation Fill rate from NDC in a timely and cost effective manner. Provide technical and administrative support to the Branch network

• Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline and/or
• Relevant automotive training and qualifications
• Minimum of 5-10 years practical automotive Parts management experience
• Excellent management and organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications & extensive Reynolds & Reynolds experience
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Financial acumen
• A driven self-starter that leads an effective team
• Proven record of experience and success in a senior management role
• Commitment to staff training and development
