FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Qualifications:

• Accounting graduate
• Must be a CPA
• 40 years old or below
• The ideal candidate must be creative, resourceful, and possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Proven leadership skills and ability to drive the Finance & Admin team.
• Must have hands on approach especially at the early stages.
• Strong skills in training sales staff.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills are required.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a senior capacity – in the wholesale distribution industry would be a plus.
• The candidate must have an excellent command of IT skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains account ting software is a plus.
• Must be hard working and a team player.
• Must be able to work to tight deadlines.
• Able to operate in a fast paced and changing market environment
• Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings
• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule
